The renovation at 4855 Puget Drive was a major addition with a whole house renovation to the remainder of the home. An attached garage with a bedroom above was removed and then a major addition was added to the North side of the existing house. This addition created a greatly expanded kitchen/great room with a new den and powder room on the main floor. A new staircase leads to the 2nd floor where a large master suite with balcony and en suite were added. The rest of the bedrooms were refinished and the existing bathroom redone. In the basement the addition contains a large new family room and exercise room and a bathroom, guest room, workshop and wine room were developed. The exterior has all new windows and doors and all new exterior details including shingles, soffit and roof. The addition maintained the steep 17/12 roof pitch to match the existing. All the mechanical systems of the house are new and a new garage was constructed at the rear of the yard. The landscaping was also redone completely.
